For a single base tank design to fight through the entirety of WWII was something of a rarity, but the Panzerkampfwagen IV proved its enduring efficacy by doing just that. This precision plastic model depicts the Ausf.J variant of the rustic tank, which toted a 75mm gun and the distinctive "Schürzen" armor additions. Modelers can assemble the kit with open or closed hatches and brake maintenance panel, and are also given the choice between cast metal and tubing idler wheels for the complex suspension. Additionally, the kit features belt type tracks and a realistic commander figure.
