Multi protocol switching and turnout decoder

<p>The decoder is a multi-protocol decoder for the DCC and Märklin-Motorola formats.</p>
<p>It is designed as a turnout decoder for 4 double-coil turnouts and additionally controls 2 servos. It features 4 output pairs that can also be configured for special functions. This allows for various lighting effects, such as blinking for construction site lighting or advertising. At the turnout outputs, the decoder detects the position of turnouts with end-position cutoff if configured accordingly and reports this position via RailCom.</p>
