? An Upgraded Classic Re-Engineered for High Performance ? Ever since its debut in 1987, the Lunch Box has captured hearts with its boxy silhouette and comical driving style. This model takes its driving performance to a whole new level. While maintaining the core chassis layout, the main highlight is the heavily upgraded suspension, featuring high-performance, shock-absorbing CVA oil dampers on all four corners. The body, inspired by classic American custom vans, is molded in highly realistic, durable ABS resin. It is secured to the chassis via a 4-point side-screw mount for enhanced rigidity, and its mounting position has been lowered by 7mm compared to the original. The body parts are molded in yellow so that scratches from rollovers remain inconspicuous. Furthermore, the livery markings have been updated while retaining the original Lunch Box identity. The side van artwork was designed by the original illustrator, Terry Sahara, featuring redesigned, fluid lightning bolts with a curved motif.
? Enhanced 2WD Chassis Delivers Ultimate Driving Fun ? While retaining the durable ABS resin box-frame configuration, the suspension geometry has undergone a complete overhaul. The front features an independent double wishbone setup, while the rear utilizes a 3-link rigid axle suspension with a stabilizer bar, damped by responsive CVA oil shocks all around. A front strut tower bar has been added to maximize chassis stiffness. Compared to the original Lunch Box, the track width has been widened by 10mm and the wheelbase extended by 10mm, vastly improving road-holding and handling stability. The steering tie-rods feature a symmetrical bellcrank design with equal-length steering arms for clean, predictable tracking. Color-coordinated one-piece deep-rim yellow wheels are wrapped in massive 115mm diameter lug-pattern tires. Naturally, the rear comes equipped with an aluminum wheelie bar with a roller. Sudden acceleration on high-grip surfaces will pop the front wheels off the ground for thrilling wheelie action!
